What is included my Yard Bash price?
Price includes set up and take down of your personalized greeting. Along with any extra BASH we may include to make it special. Orders may be subject to delivery and rush fees. Once we have processed the payment you don't need to do anything else except enjoy your front yard, and send us a picture if you'd like. #yardbashatx
When do you set up the Yard Bash?
Installation is typically done the night before your scheduled Yard Bash and picked up the evening of your event. Installation may also occur during the early morning hours on the day of your Bash. Delivery times may be adjusted by special request.
Where does Yard Bash deliver?
North Austin, any where in Leander ISD, Georgetown, Liberty Hill and Round Rock.
How do I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an invoice via email. Please note that your Yard Bash is not fully reserved until your invoice has been paid in full.
What if you are booked the day I would like to reserve?
We will do our best to accommodate all of your requests but we can only run greetings when we have the available inventory. We recommend scheduling your yard greeting at least 2 weeks out. Last minute bookings will be based on available inventory.
What happens if there is bad weather?
In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up your Yard Bash . :-(
Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, high winds, hail and/or other hazardous conditions that prevent set up and or take down. We will first attempt to reschedule, but if that is not possible you will be given a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course, we hope that doesn't happen because we know you are going to love your Party! However, we understand that life happens. We are happy to reschedule your Party if possible. Or, you may request a refund:
• 3+ days before installation date: 100% refund or we can reschedule
• 2 days before installation date: No refund, but we are happy to reschedule
How can I prepare for my Yard Bash?
• If your lawn is dry, please water it one day before installation.
• A freshly mowed lawn looks best, but please cancel any lawn maintenance during your Bash. Do not cut grass or edge around yard signs.
• Turn off any sprinkler systems during setup and removal times.
• Leave outside house lights on.
• Remove any animals.
• If the Yard Bash is a gift for someone else, please notify at least one adult at the location that we will be in their yard.
